OVERVIEW

Originally used as a firehouse, the full restoration of the historical townhouse at 78 Morton was completed in 2012.

Our interior renovation of the 3-bedroom townhouse also encompasses a 3-car garage, entertainment room on the ground floor, a gym in the cellar, and a kitchen that opens up onto a second floor outdoor terrace with a tree and canopy. All rooms feature numerous custom furniture pieces and fixtures.

Signature to the firm, we created a double height space on the interior as a way to bring in light, and to be able to swap the space for a rooftop penthouse or study.
